Terms and conditions of sale

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) for SAS Le Quiz Time, specialized in B to B sales of animation solutions:

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of animation solutions made by SAS Le Quiz Time to its professional clients (B to B). They prevail over any purchasing conditions or other documents issued by the client, unless formally and in writing derogated by us.

Any order placed with SAS Le Quiz Time binds the client irrevocably. Orders can be placed in writing, by email, or by any other means of communication accepted by both parties. SAS Le Quiz Time reserves the right to accept or refuse an order, depending on its availability and production capacity.

The prices of animation solutions are indicated in euros excluding taxes (excluding VAT) and do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to revision at any time, but SAS Le Quiz Time undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment is due upon ordering, and invoices are payable immediately, net and without discount.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on circumstances. SAS Le Quiz Time endeavors to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for any delays. The risks associated with transport are borne by the client from the moment the products leave our premises.

The client is required to check the conformity of the products delivered upon receipt. Any claim relating to non-conformity or apparent defects must be made in writing within 7 days following receipt of the products. After this period, no claims will be accepted. Product returns may only be made after prior agreement from SAS Le Quiz Time and under the conditions set by it.

All intellectual property rights relating to the animation solutions sold by SAS Le Quiz Time remain its exclusive property. The client therefore undertakes not to reproduce, adapt, or use the products concerned without the prior written authorization of SAS Le Quiz Time.

The tablet and dongle are offered as gifts as part of the starter kit and are not subject to the standard warranty. In case of malfunction or technical issues, the client is encouraged to directly contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or warranty.

SAS Le Quiz Time reserves the right to cancel a contract in case of non-compliance with the proper use of animation solutions. In case of abuse or inappropriate use of the products, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice.

The liability of SAS Le Quiz Time cannot be engaged in case of indirect or immaterial damages resulting from the use or inability to use the animation solutions sold. In any event, the liability of SAS Le Quiz Time is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the products concerned.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of SAS Le Quiz Time, unless otherwise provided by public policy.

By accepting an order from SAS Le Quiz Time, the client acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these general terms and conditions of sale.
